Goods in our shop are divided into the two categories: wedding cards – wedding invitations, response and direction cards, wedding programmes and menus, place cards, thank you cards, and wedding favours – authentic bonbonnieres in the form of boxes, bags and racchetti. The number of cards and accessories available in stock is indicated in the product description. The minimum order for cards is 10 pieces, wedding accessories have individual minimum orders. In addition to our products, we offer the free personalisation service and printing of the text of your choice on the cards you selected.
All of our invitations are standardly sold fully assembled. Please allow an additional day after custom printing completion for this service.
PLACING AN ORDER
To select a card click on its image in the catalogue. You will be redirected to the product description page. Accessories are sold without personalisation but cards can be personalised. If you wish to personalize a card (i.e. impose your own text on it), click on the “PERSONALIZATION” button. Please do not forget to register prior to personalisation, otherwise you design will not be saved. If you have already registered at our store, you will need to log in. If you choose to buy a card without personalisation, simply click on the “ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET” button. Personalized cards can be added to the shopping basket using the “SAVED DESIGNS” page. If the personalisation was made by our specialists, the design will be forwarded to print by the person, who created it.IMPORTANT! We strongly advise you to order a sample of the invitation you are interested in to ensure you are pleased with the design. Personalised items could not be refunded. If for some reason you received the damaged parcel, please contact us not later than in 10 business days, otherwise we won't be able to solve this problem.
Before placing your order make sure the necessary quantity of the product is in stock. Whether your order is placed on-line or by telephone, weddingsoon.co.uk will send you an e-mail confirmation of your order. If there are any problems with the order we will let you know as soon as possible. Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to check the proof carefully in all the details. Reproofs are free of charge (the number will be at managers discretion). Once a proof has been approved, it will be sent straight to print, and at this point no cancellations of the order will be accepted.
SERVICE OF PERSONALIZATION AND SAVED DESIGNS
The personalisation service at our website enables customers to sign cards on-line. By selecting “PERSONALISE” option you will easily create your own text based on pre-designed templates by including your details and modifying the wording if needed. You will also have a possibility to change the fonts, their colour and size – all your changes will be displayed on the card on-line.
Please note that the possibility of automated personalisation does not mean your design will be printed without it being reviewed by our professional designer and proof-reader. Automated personalization is provided at our website to help you make your choice in terms of the text and your taste preferences. Several design options will be e-mailed to you within 1-2 business days of your placing the order at our website. Cards will only be printed subject to your final approval by e-mail. Once you are through with your design work, please make sure to click on “SAVE DESIGN” button whereby your design will be saved. This way you will always be able to return to the site to view your design again or show it to your relations and friends.
“SAVED DESIGNS” button is located in the upper right part of the screen. This is where your work with personalisation is stored. To view saved designs you need to access the website from the same browser and computer you used last time. You can order the design version you like best directly from the “SAVED DESIGNS” web page.
Please do not worry if the design you created does not entirely satisfy your taste. Based on the data received from you our designer will be able to offer several design versions for you to select from.
If the personalisation service does not function, the likelihood is that the browser you use does not support a complex program code used by our website. This is the list of browsers that handle our website correctly: Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Opera, Safari.
IMPORTANT! Please make sure to register before the personalisation, otherwise you design will not be saved.
The basket accumulates all your orders – products and services. Your order will be assigned a unique number used for proof approval and final delivery. You can change the number of products and find the total price directly in the basket.
Wedding cards are printed within 2-4 working days from the moment of the proof approval. Delivery usually takes 3-4 business days.The number of cards and accessories available in stock can be seen in the description of each card. Because they do not require printing, wedding accessories can be delivered by a separate parcel and before your cards. Wedding accessories are delivered within 2-5 business days from the order date. Important: If you have a certain timeline, please clarify the time of order turnaround before placing an order.
The delivery is provided by Royal Mail / Parcel Force or EMS courier service. Signature upon delivery is required, therefore select a delivery address which is the most convenient for you. Goods are delivered from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday. Delivery within UK and to EU countries takes 3-4 working days. Delivery to non EU countries can take about 5-7 working days. We will do our best to notify you if any extension of that term is needed. Please consider possible customs duties when order to non-EU countries.
Mailing of goods to customer will be accompanied by an e-mail notice. The price of delivery indicated in your offer includes all mailing services.
