At our website, orders can be paid for on-line from your Bag. Click on "CHECKOUT" button, whereby you will be redirected to a secure PayPal page. You can either pay from your PayPal account or just use any of the credit/debit cards listed.
Once your order has been paid for you will be sent an email confirmation of your order together with a receipt from PayPal. 


We believe that wedding invitations and stationery represent the most personal and private means of communication. We are dedicated to respecting your privacy and ensuring your security on our site. The following privacy and security policy is to inform you about how and why we collect any information about you, and what we use this information for on our website. collects from our users only the information that is necessary to complete an order - all further payment operations are made at a secure PayPal site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in any ways other than disclosed in this privacy statement.


The guarantee of delivery of goods is undertaking and performance of obligations according to published terms. The document confirming obligations on the Seller's part is the invoice based on which the payment is made. A statement issued to you by the bank once the money is remitted to our settlement account serves as the proof of performance of your obligations. 
Operations of our store are governed by special regulations in accordance with the UK laws.


If you would like to receive a sample wedding invitation please select  SAMPLES  from the vertical menu, select preferable card and add it to the Shopping Bag. Enter please your details in the suggested form - your name, your address and your email address and we will send you samples with the Royal Mail service. Don't forget to choose Samples Delivery in the Shopping Basket. 

Cancellations & RETURNS

NOTE: We highly recommend that you order a sample of the wedding invitation you are interested in to make sure you are satisfied with the quality of product. Personalized wedding stationery is not subject of refund – as soon as your order is printed, our company will not be able to sell these products to someone else. There are some exceptions to this rule – please, find them below.

Customer approved errors or typos

Our company cannot accept returns or make refunds on account of errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error arose. Our experts do their best to take notice to any errors we may find during the process of proofing, however the final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the customer. Once approved, your wedding stationery will be printed exactly as it is displayed in the final proofs, with no further amendments. Should you detect an error on your stationery – let us know. If your ready wedding stationery does not correspond to your approved proof, please contact us immediately and we will reprint the defective cards free of charge.

Colours and computer monitors

Our company does not accept returns because your ready wedding stationery does not match the colours you see on screen. All monitors display colour differently. We highly recommend ordering a sample to see the real colours of your stationery.

Cancelling an order after proofs are received

For the orders that require proofs, we take a cancellation fee of 25% or £100 whichever is greater, if the customer cancels his order AFTER the proofs have been sent to his email. Once the proofs are accomplished and e-mailed, that part of the order cost cannot be refunded. If you are not satisfied with your proofs for any reason, let us know. Our graphic designers will do their best to listen to your desires and make the design that satisfies you completely.

Cancelling an order after the approval

After you have approved your order for printing, we may or may not be able to cancel it. It depends on whether your order has gone into production or not yet. Should you need to cancel it, contact us immediately. If the printing of your order is completed, we will not be able to cancel and refund your order. In case your order has not gone into the production yet, we will be able to cancel it and refund minus the design costs, as specified in the previous section. A £50 deposit for the artwork of multi-paged order of service (exceeding 4 printed pages) and direction maps is required. The deposit will be deducted from the total sum of you order. However, if you decide to cancel your order, the £50 deposit for the artwork will not be refunded. 

Returning samples

Our company does not accept the return of samples. With the help of samples you estimate our wedding invitations in person. If after having received our sample you decide to use another vendor or you do not like the sample, it is not a reason for a return. In case you received a wrong sample, please, let us know asap and we will send you a correct one. We refund the samples that are not in stock for a moment.

Damaged/Missing stationery

If you received the damaged items or the short quantity, contact us immediately. The deadline for consideration of customers' complaints regarding the shortfall or defecting items is 7 business days after the order is received. Customers' complaints submitted later than 7 business day term after the delivery date are not subject to consideration.
